-0446: Caucasian male with a black jacket, dark colored shorts, and Adidas shoes arrives on campus by the ED ambulance bay, and parks a silver bike with yellow handlebars at the Forest Bike Storage front middle rack.
-0448: Steals the Cannondale and departs towards the #75 bus stop on Sand Point Way NE, turning right.
-0500: Arrives back on campus by foot from the 40th Ave NE and Sand Point Way NE sidewalk area by the shuttle zone, without the black jacket, wearing a green, yellow, red, and white tye die shirt and a black hat.
-0501-0502: Hangs out by the Forest Employee entrance and sits on the bench.
-0503: Departs on the silver bike towards the shuttle area crosswalk onto 40th Ave NE
