Bicycle detail

I had ridden to the Fringe Festival grounds and arrived there around 2:45PM on Wednesday, Aug 21 2024 in time for my performance. Bike was parked at the bike racks on the north side of the Edmonton Public Library Strathcona branch, locked with a key-access cable lock. By the time I returned to the bike racks just before 5PM, I noticed the bike was missing along with the lock. Security in the area hadn't noticed anything nor are there any noticeable surveillance cameras pointing at the bike rack area.
