Description of the theft
Bike was on the side of the house in the locked fence. Neighbor saw 2 black males around 11-13 years old hanging around gate trying to open it. She asked them if she could help them and they said they thought their friend lived there. She then informed them that no kids lived there. Bike has bike computer on front, peddle strap clips, blinking red light on back when turned on. The seat also has a sticky substance on it from pine tar falling on it
