Description of the theft
I locked my bike to the fence at the McCormack bathhouse on Carson Beach, where I had biked to do an open water swim. Between 5:10am and 5:50am (the time I was in the water) someone cut the cable and removed my bike, with a kryptonite u lock still connecting the front wheel to the frame. They also took my pannier. The only thing left was my helmet and half of the cable.
