Description of the theft
Bike was on my hitch-mounted Thule bike rack, attached to my car. I parked on the street stepped inside a cafe directly across the street for 10 min. Thief stole the bike and rack off the car. Theft occurred between 11:30-11:40 am on Sunday, 9/15/2024.
