Bicycle detail

I last remember seeing my bicycle locked in the storage area of my parking garage at my residence located at 2300 Broadway, Oakland CA 94612 on approximately 24 October 2017. My bicycle and helmet were locked with a strong U-lock to an eye bolt embedded in the concrete wall of the garage. On the evening of 11 November 2017 I entered my parking garage and noticed that my bicycle was missing. Upon closer inspection I discovered that the eye bolt had been cut (with what appear to be bolt cutters) and the entire bicycle, lock, and helmet were missing and I presume stolen.
