Description of the theft
I have grainy nightvision security video of a man literally stealing my bike.
I've included 1 photo of the bike, and two images from a video of the theft.
In the video, said man can be seen walking up and checking out my bike, chained to the fence in front of my apartment. He leaves and comes back ten minutes later. This time he spends a while bent over, fiddling with my lock/cable. He quickly stands back up and wanders around casually for a few minutes while my neighbor enters our apartment. Then he finishes the job, and walks away, rolling my bike right past the camera.
