Locked the bike to a sturdy bridge with a chain lock around the frame, cafe lock through the back wheel, and cable lock on the front wheel. Also made sure to remove the battery (a Bosch powerpack 400) to lower the value of the frame on its own.
The thief used a hacksaw to cut through the chain (not sure about the cafe lock) and made off with the bike. They left the hacksaw and half of the link they sawed through at the scene.
