Description of the theft
Litelok X1 cut between the hours of 6-6:45pm. An angle grinder WAS NOT USED because there was no evidence of melted rubber on the coating. Instead, some kind of strong bolt cutter was used. The metal on the lock was compressed in the center (see photo)
