Description of the theft
Basement parking garage- need a key, fob or garage opener to get in. Scooter was locked with a kryptonite new York lock (serial #z40817). The bike rack was secured to the ground with bolts but the thief detached the bolts from the ground, and removed the scooter with the lock by sliding it up and down along the squiggle shaped rack. The missing scooter was noticed in the morning.
