Description of the theft
I relocked Michael's bike to the bike rack when I left with mine at 9:30pm. When he went to get it about midnight the lock had been cut and bike was gone. Bike was cable locked to a public bike rack at El Arado in Fountain Square. Lock cable was cut with bolt cutters.
