Description of the theft
We just moved to the area and had temporarily secured their frames together with the heavy duty Kryptonite U-lock - but then only had them secured to the railing with the cable for reach attached to another kryptonite u-lock. They cut the cable... in what we assume to be broad daylight.... bye bye bikes.
