Description of the theft
At approximately 1:20pm on 9/17/2017 a latino man around 40 years old broke the bicycle rack and stole my Trek bicycle. The bicycle was locked with a U lock around the frame and front wheel so the thief had to wheel it on the back wheel down main street.
