Description of the theft
The lock was left for me in the locked position on the bike rack at 225 W. Washington Street. There are cameras on the bike rack but it didn't capture the first few bikes on the rack and unfortunately my bike was located in the first rack. I locked my bike at 2pm and discovered it was stolen around 8:45pm
