Description of the theft
April 2nd, Bike was locked and in my garage. Garage door does not close (landlord will not fix). Last seen at 10:30 PM when I left garage in my car to drive Uber. Returned home around 12:30 AM and saw bike was missing and lock was cut.
I had black "saddle bags" on the bike, around 50 blue reflective stickers all over the frame (arrows, circles, hexagons, etc), and blue LED wire lights wound around the spokes of both wheels.
