Bicycle detail

I arrived at Martha's, a cafe/bar at Revolution Hall in SE Portland, around 1:30pm. I parked my bike on a single bike rack on the South side of the building adjacent to an entrance. Upon leaving the venue, I found that the bike was gone.
Bike Description: a new, good condition, Masi (brand) Strada Vita Uno (model). The frame is metallic army green; handle bars, plastic black fenders, and rear rack are all black; tires are beige walled; the bottle holder and Masi logo are white; disc brakes on both wheels; a bell on the left hand side of the handle bars (as you ride it). A unique distinguishing feature is a deep scrape exposing the metal beneath on the rear right corner (as you ride it) of the rear rack.
