Bike was stolen between (assumed) 3pm-6:30pm directly out front of Title Nine Berkeley on 4th Street (right next to Grocery Outlet, Thea, Sierra Nevada, etc.).... corner of 4th Street and Addison.
Bike was U-locked to the bike rack, and was stolen along with the lock, in broad daylight. Many homeless frequent this block of 4th Street, and make their way around the Aquatic Park area....
