Bicycle detail

On the night of 10/1/16-10/2/16 at Westmoreland Village apartments in enclosed wooden fenced parking lot on the metal fence separating Lane ESD school & parking lot, three bicycles were locked securely with U-locks and separate locks for front and back wheels. One bike was left untouched. One bike had both front & back wheels + tires stolen (cable lock was cut) and one Giant women's light-blue mountain bike with mountain bike mud guards (raised high) + rack + black crate was stolen: three locks were cut: 1 U-lock and 2 cable locks locking wheels. The bike has a large reflective red sticker on the frame above the Giant brand name. The mud guards also have reflective stickers (and the crate too). Brand new (1 week old) foam handle grips. Silver bell. Gears not working correctly. Bike seat is torn badly exposing the inner padding.
