Description of the theft
I went into the Regal Theater on Multnomah St at approximately 9.20pm, locking my bike to the bars to the left of the lobby. When I left the theater at approximately 11.40pm the bike, helmet and lock were all missing.
It is a blue unbranded frame, single-speed bike, black handlebars, saddle with silver plastic underneath, there is a sticker for a bike shop on the top of the down tube for a bike store in Preston, UK.
