Description of the theft
The bike was locked (rear wheel and frame) to a metal bike rack in Yerba Buena Gardens at 6p. There were 3 other bikes on the rack when I locked mine up. I came back 45 mins later my bike and lock were gone - and so were all the other bikes on the rack.
