Description of the theft
Thieves cut the lock to a secure common area in my apartment complex. From there they gained access to the non-lockable patio gates of all our apartments, where I had my bike stored on a bike stand as I was conducting maintenance on it. I stupidly left it unsecured, and it was taken between the hours of 12 and 7 am on 9/8/2024 while we slept.
