Description of the theft
My bike was locked outside a dorm with a u-lock and a cord to attach the front and back tires to the frame, and the frame to the bike rack. I went outside at 7:30 PM to find it missing. It was last seen at 4:30 PM. I went outside and the cord was cut and the lock broken by force. The entire bike was stolen.
