Bike was locked up next to the fountains at Tom McCall waterfront park during an event at the park. I was gone for 3 hours and came back and the bike was stolen. It was in a well lit / well-populated area of the park right on the bikeway. The bike had racks in the front and back. It was a 2012 orange Salsa Vaya. Black saddle. Silver pedals (clip in on one side / no-clip on the other). DT Swiss wheels. Handle bar tape was black, and coming off. Ends were taped with electrical tape.
