Description of the theft
At around 1:30 pm I locked up my bike at the public bike rack on the Monon trail that intersects west 42nd Street. It is directly across the street from the Indiana State Fair Entrance. Upon returning at 3:50 pm it was gone. All that was left was my helmet and cut lock.
