Description of the theft
I locked my bike with a ULock to the blue bike rack near the NW corner of Failing and N Mississippi Ave, went into Townshend's Tea House at approx. 8:15 PM, when I left at approx 9:45 PM the bicycle was gone, stolen.
Bike has a rear rack, fenders, and a bottle rack. Ergonomic handlebar replacements.
