Bicycle was locked through frame and both wheels to a rack at my office at 7:45 a.m. Rack is at a side door that at least 20 employees use. Lock was found lying on the ground around 5 p.m., cut with a bolt cutter or cutting disc and an unrecognized bike was left behind.
