Description of the theft
We parked our bikes on a city bike rack right across from Jackson Square as we were entering French Quarter fest on Thursday and when we came back out after Irma Thomas probably around 7:30 PM the bike Lock had been cut- two days later on Saturday afternoon, we saw the bike locked up with eight or nine other bikes, all probably stolen at the dead end of the river near her a tent, city homeless encampment, right across from the French market Café, which I believe is on the Moon walk I’m at the intersection of Saint Philip
