Description of the theft
Stolen during a bike tour, parked next to the cemetery. Guy not wearing a shirt, like 20s or 30s black guy. Arcade bike, made in France, we're the only ones in town who have these bikes. May or may not have had a basket and rack. We have a list of serial numbers but not sure which one was stolen.
