Description of the theft
My bike was locked inside the EWEB bike cage (under the Ferry St. bridge south side side) which has a key code on the door that is required to enter. My bike was also locked via a cable, which was cut.
Picture attached is not of my exact bike, just the same model and color.

Cannondale r700 - dark navy blue
aluminum 58 cm frame
Ritchey headset
"short shallow" handle bars; bullhorn style
black Sram bar tape; handle bar cover are red with Sram "S" on them
Nashbar Soho pedals; clips on one side, flat on the other.
front derailer arm is bent - wont shift into lowest gears on front
attachements for bike lights on front and back
no fenders
shimano shifters - 105... I think
700 x 25 c tires
