Description of the theft
My apartment is on the second floor of the Seventh College West Building 6. I park my bike in the designated bike rack under the stairs leading to the second floor next to three other bikes. When I went to go bike this morning (October 5 at 11:30 AM), I noticed that the bike was missing and that the lock was left chopped up on the ground. I had last used my bike yesterday afternoon (October 4 at around 4:00 PM).
