Bicycle detail

I parked the bike around 20:45 - maybe a little later. I locked it and my helmet up with a combination cable lock to the bike rack directly in front of Enat Kitchen. I went to the nearly empty McMenamin's Chapel Pub, had one beer, and left. I don't think I was inside for more than 30 minutes, but the time on my phone of my first call about the theft was 21:37. When I came outside the lock had been neatly cut, the bike was gone, and they left my helmet. There is a security camera that might have some footage right about Enat Kitchen, but they said it's owned by the McCuller Crossing Apartments.
