Bicycle detail

Washington park at the top of park street in the intersection where the entrance and exit to Washington park is pastthe bathrooms at the end of the road of the memorial it was Locked to a pole near the road I didn't have room in the car and left it overnight on the 4th which I knew was a bad idea but I was at the beach and I even tried to get a friend to get it for me well he didnt have time but he did check and it was there the night of the 4th at 11pm and gone by 1030 am when he came back. I am still hoping that the city xcut it off an has it somewhere where I can claim it but I don't know how to find out.
