Bicycle detail

I pulled up to an empty bike parking U-rack and U locked my back wheel and frame to the rack. I went into 1455 Market St for a courier interview for 15 minutes or less and returned to my broken U-lock that had been cut on both sides. There were people and guards and no one saw a thing but a guy told me to go north a couple blocks to a park where thieves sell recently stolen bikes and I hung out for a while before returning home.
