Description of the theft
From police report:
I parked my bike in front of the smart and final grocery store at 25University SD, 92104 (North Park). I locked it to the bike rack with a bicycle lock. The grocery store had a guard at the door and the bike rack was not more than about 30 feet from the door. I went to the store to buy groceries. I was inside the store about 30 minutes, when I came out, my bicycle lock was cut, and the bicycle was gone. The guard said he didn't see anything, the manager was on a business call and was not available to speak with directly. The assistant suggested I file a police report and then let the police follow up with the store.
