Description of the theft
Bike was locked by its frame to a staircase inside a locked apartment complex. Bike lock is unharmed and still closed. Appears someone must have hopped the locked gate. neighbors noticed a white car idling in our car port that we have a photo of but it doesn't show the license plate. the bike wouldn't have fit in the car so suspecting 2 people stole it. One to drive and one to ride it away. At the time of the theft the bike had saddle bags and a cell phone holder.
