Description of the theft
Bike was secured to the back of my vehicle using a Kuat cable lock. Vehicle was parked in place of employment parking lot in front of a security camera. A man entered the parking lot, cut the lock, and rode off within 90 seconds. This occurred on Mallard Dr, near Parkcenter Pond.
