Description of the theft
Walked into Winco for about an hour of grocery shopping with my bike locked up next to my boyfriends black BMX bike. South end of the main entrance was where the bike rack was, cameras right above it but not pointing exactly towards it but rather pointing more towards the parking lot where you can probably see me and my boyfriend ride in and the theif ride out.
