Bicycle detail

Thieves were driving an 88-98 Green Chevy pickup truck with half the front hood gray and the front passenger fender gray as well. One male with black hoody and surgical mask was lookout watching the door at the climbing gym, another in red hoody and shorts with backpack and bolt cutters cut the u-lock and took the bike and started riding it away, the lookout grabbed the bolt cutters and backpack and got back into the truck which immediately drove away (indicating a 3rd person stayed in the truck as getaway driver)
