HELP MAKE THEM TOO HOT TO HANDLE ‼️

We have them tracked going through Mitcheldean village opposite the primary school at 1:44am 9/3/24 in a white Ford Custom SWB Van.
Entering and turning around in Glebe close (assuming they had been driving around for a few mins finding good access) @ 1:55am
Then Riding our bikes down Old Dene Road at 2:18 - they then went up the ally way to Glebe close.
????All we need is their licence plate and we will have them!! Any CCTV in the village that can identify a licence plate would be so appreciated ????????
????Their path was — Past the primary school 1:44am right through the village, down Carisbrook Road, left onto the Crecent and then immediate left onto Glebe Road, turned around and parked up just past the CCTV.
