At 9:30 PM I parked directly in front of the middle Couch Street entrance to Whole Foods located at 1210 NW Couch St. in
Portland. My bike (Trek 2300) was locked onto a Yakima rack on top of the car with the integrated Yakima cable. Upon exiting the store at approximately 9:45 the bike was gone (cable cut). I walked around the block looking for it and took photos of the car in the location where the bike was stolen. I asked Whole Foods customer service if they have a surveillance camera covering the crime area; they partially do. The store manager reviewed the video. Only the legs/feet of two suspects could be seen via a reflection in the store window. The theft likely occurred at 9:36 PM based on the video. I called the Portland Police and filed a report online.
