Description of the theft
Taken from St. Norbert Road Brockley SE4 2EY at 7pm on tuesday 7th May. Seen riding south down Brockley Way by man in red jacket. No Battery, no head unit / controller, so top speed 6mph max.

Bike has old bit of timber bolted accross front of basket, a ratty inner tube tied to the seatbelt, and the letters Rad Ab in white on the rear mudguard. Steering pinion underneath has a bodged strap with black electrical tape and green grease. Visible damage to polystyrene basket, tear in saddle. Bike was empty and No panniers or other boxes were attached.
