Description of the theft
Bike was locked at the two tiered stands north of the station (top tier, southern most rack, in the middle). Has a flat back tyre, a bright yellow saddle bag and the gears on the left handle have been knocked. Left at 8 am when I came back at 7 pm it was gone.
