Description of the theft
Bike was taken from front of bus (Division, to Gresham, #4). The bike was secured by the bike rack attached to the bus. The person had taken the bike right off from it and rode it away North on 5th Ave. The person is African-American in his twenties, possible early thirties; wore a plaid shirt, baseball cap (possibly blue or white), had facial hair and stood to be about 6' tall.
