Description of the theft
Occurred last night, someone cut heavy duty Kryptonite chain that tied the bicycle to a post under the stairway of the Apt building. Had two other heavy duty Kryptonite locks, so they must have carried away with the other locks on wheels. no way they just rode with it away with them other locks. Who ever was was prepared with tools.
