Description of the theft
Arrived by ferry. Secured bike to rack at exit and near rear entrance to East of Ferry Bldg. Upon returning 15mts later, bike was missing. 2 onlookers confirmed that an adult male was seen stealing and walking towards west. Building Security confirmed via video footage that individual in black/green jacket was seen stealing and riding away on multiple surveillance cameras on premises.
Bike also had cargo basket attached to handlebar and front+ rear lights, as well as a bell among other accessories.
