Description of the theft
I locked my bike outside at the Rockridge Bart public area for bikes at 4 pm. I came back to the station at 11:30 pm and my bike was gone. There was an unlocked black bike in its place that was obviously another stolen bike as evidenced by some spokes cut on the back wheel. Filed a police report at the Rockridge Bart station. The other bike found was taken by Bart station agent for storage.
