Bicycle detail

My bike was locked at the bike station area in the parking lot of the halfway house in Elmira New York when it was taken early morning we have currently have people looking on the cameras to see if we could possibly identify the person who had taken the bike it is a large almost dark greenish color it has a little rust to the inner Wheels we have a bike pump literally nailed in the middle of the bike and then we also have a little black pouchie bag in the back with tools in it for the bike and then we also have front and back rechargeable battery lights for outside weather and also we have huge flat handlebars handlebars
