Description of the theft
I attended a performance at the Lyric Opera from approximately 7-10:45PM. Around 6:45PM, I locked the bike at a bike rack south of the building on S. Wacker Dr. and W. Madison St. After the performance, I saw the bike was missing and found part of the lock, which had been cut through, on the sidewalk.
