Description of the theft
Happened approx 1 pm on April 15th. The bike got stolen 5 mins before I got to it. It was right outside the Louis Vuitton Store tied to a long pole. The Louis Vuitton store folks saw the guy take the bike. They described him as a 55-58 year old white guy.
