Bicycle detail

I had my bike outside locked up in a gated fenced and locked area in the back of Garneau Towers at 8510 111th Street. The thief cut through the U bend lock and took the bike out through the locked door. I found the cut U bend lock as well as tracks in the snow leading out through the door. It's possible the thief has keys or the door was unlocked, because you have to unlock the door to get in AND to get out of the fenced area. You can't see into the fence from outside of it.
